Terms and Conditions

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the park of any persons, at any time without stating reasons. Management offers all care but accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury within the park. Failure to comply with park rules can result in eviction from the park, with no refund offered. 


Reservation and cancellations: By booking with us you agree to all Terms and Conditions. All prices are subject to change. Cancellations accepted 14 days prior to arrival and refunds are available, excluding peak times, less a cancellation fee of $20. All time booked must be paid for.


No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, no shows, illness or inclement weather. All cabin bookings require a 2-night minimum stay during low season. Bookings may be deferred once only, excluding peak times, and cancellation of a deferred booking will result in total loss of payment/deposit. Management reserves the right to relocate or change reserved/requested sites prior to or on arrival, if necessary.


Reservations and cancellations for peak times: Peak times include Christmas, Easter, NSW and QLD school holidays and long weekends. Minimum stay lengths apply to all bookings during peak times – 7 nights over Christmas and 3 nights over Easter and long weekends. Cancellations for peak times are accepted 60 days prior to arrival, less a $50 cancellation fee. Minimum deposits, $100 per campsite and $200 per cabin, are required for each booking during peak times and the balance is due to be paid in full, 60 days prior to arrival. No refund for late cancellations. Late cancellations will not be able to rebook for future dates or have deposits rolled over. Sites/cabins are to be booked by the occupant only. No arrivals or departures Christmas Day.


Subletting: Accommodation/sites are to be occupied by the registered guest on the booking. Subletting of your cabin or caravan is strictly prohibited.


Additional charges and rates: All card transactions incur a 0.7% surcharge. Cash payments or direct deposits are welcome and incur no surcharge. All fees are to be paid on arrival. All rates are based on a 2 person stay. Persons aged 3 years or older are charged an additional $12 per person per night stayed. Children 2 years or younger stay free of charge. A refundable security deposit of $10 is required for each amenities key provided.


Cabins: Cabins are to be left clean, tidy and with all dishes washed. All rubbish is to be removed and placed in the appropriate bins. Additional cleaning charges will apply for messy cabins. Cutlery and crockery are not to be removed from accommodation. Any lost or stolen items must be paid for. Please use cleaning facilities provided near the boat ramp for cleaning fish. A minimum stay length applies to all cabin bookings – 7 nights for Christmas, 3 nights for Easter and long weekends and 2 nights for the remainder of the year. Our cabins are not pet friendly and pets are not permitted inside cabins or on verandas – no exceptions.


Arrival/departure times: Check out time is 10 am and check in time is 2pm for all guests. Additional charges apply for late departures/early arrivals (subject to availability and prior arrangement) excluding peak times. No check ins after 7 pm. No arrivals or departure Christmas Day.


Pets: Pets are permitted on application and when staying on sites only. All pets must be kept on a leash and all mess cleaned up immediately. Pets must not be left unattended onsite. A designated “leash free” area is located between the BBQ area and the river. Pets are still their owners’ responsibility while using this area and must be supervised and controlled. Pets are strictly not permitted inside the amenities block, communal areas or cabins, including on verandas – no exceptions. Failure to observe these rules will result in eviction from the park, with no refund.  No Rabbits or Cats. 


Visitors: For security and legal reasons all visitors must be registered at reception. All visitors must sign in upon arrival, and sign out on departure only. Any visitor wishing to stay overnight must be pre-approved and charges will apply. Visitors are to use provided parking at reception. 


Boom gate: Please do not share boom gate codes. As a security feature, if you share code or tailgate through the gates, your code will not work.  All visitors/guests will receive one temporary code per vehicle, upon signing in at reception. Please do not tailgate after another vehicle. Improper use may result in damage to your vehicle and our gate. If damaged, any repair costs will be the responsibility of the guest.


Vehicles: Roadways are to be kept clear at all times. Only one vehicle per site. Extra vehicles are to be parked in the provided car parks, not in spare sites or on roadways. The speed limit is strictly 10 Kph. No vehicle maintenance is to be carried out on sites. Please use car wash area only for washing cars. Do not drive thru sites. All vehicles, including boats, trailers and caravans, must be registered and fit within your site boundary. Day visitors’ cars are not permitted in the park and parking is provided at reception.


Reception/shop: Operating hours are 7 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week. Christmas trading hours may vary. Reception/Shop contact number 02 6646 4272.  For after hours contact, please call 0458 833 805. Please note this number is for urgent matters/non-life-threatening emergencies and not to be used for general enquiries. For emergencies ring 000.


Unattended sites: Management reserves the right to turn off power to any site where lights/air conditioners have been left on when sites are unoccupied. Please be mindful of others and turn off all unused outside lights.


Quiet time: Please be respectful of others by restricting noise between 10 pm and 8 am.   Please keep noise to a minimum at all times.  No generators.


Children: The park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision and safety of your children is important, and the responsibility of their Parent/Carer. Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the amenities block, playground and games room. Responsible adult supervision is required at all times at pool and river.


Bikes and scooters: These are allowed during daylight hours only and all road rules observed, including the wearing of helmets and other necessary protective gear. Park patrons are responsible for their children at all times. There is to be no riding around the amenities block, near the boom gates, or the shop front/car park. Management cannot accept responsibility for any injuries occurred through accidents whilst in the park. Racing and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.


Motorised devices: Devices such as E-Scooters, skateboards and hoverboards are not to be ridden in any area of Bimbimbi Riverside Tourist Park. Devices must be walked through the property if you wish to ride elsewhere.


Drones: Drones are not permitted for use within park grounds.


Playground: Use of playground equipment may result in serious personal injury including death, head, eye or spinal injury, paralysis, broken limbs or strains. Risks include falls and collisions with other users and hazards associated with gaps, openings and protruding objects. Parents, please ensure appropriate play.


Games room: Open from 8 am to 10 pm. Children under 12 years must be supervised. Pool table is limited to over 12 yrs. Equipment is available at Reception.


Pool: The pool is open from 8 am to dusk. No running, bombing, splashing, large toys or body-boards allowed in the Pool area. All swimmers must wear appropriate swimming attire in the pool at all times. Swim nappies must be worn by children not completely toilet trained and are available to purchase at reception. Pool use is for overnight paying guests only. No pets.


Fires: Fires are permitted in the provided fire pits only. Wood can be purchased from reception.


Rubbish and recycle: The Skip Bin, for all wrapped, domestic rubbish, is located behind the ladies’ amenities block. No large items, camping or electrical equipment is to be disposed of in the Skip Bin. Please keep your site tidy and do not leave rubbish on ground/sites. If bins are temporarily unavailable, please keep all rubbish until returned. “Yellow top” bins are located around the park for recyclable plastic bottles, cardboard, newspapers, glass bottles etc. Please do not place food scraps in these bins. No nappies.


Smoking: No smoking inside common areas, amenities block or the pool. Please be respectful of others and avoid smoking near children and play areas. Please dispose of your butts thoughtfully.


Dump point/septic system: The dump point is located near the amenities block. The park operates on a septic system, please be mindful of what goes into it. Sanitary items are to be wrapped and disposed of in the bins provided.


Special needs: Easy access shower and toilet is available. Baby bath is also provided. Keys are available at Reception.


Laundry: Washing machines and dryers are located at the amenities block. The cost is 4 X $1 coins and change is available at reception. Washing may only be hung on the lines provided.


Kayaks: Available for hire from reception. All equipment and kayaks are to be returned by 4:30 pm in winter and 6:30 pm the remaining months. Life vests are to be worn at all times.


Boat ramp/jetty: The boat ramp and jetty are for park patrons only and use is done so at your own risk. Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. Please use the provided cleaning facilities to clean fish. Boat motors are to be flushed at the boat ramp only.


Fishing license: These are required by all persons over 18 years and are available for purchase at reception.


Evacuation plan: Please make sure you are familiar with the evacuation plan in case of an emergency. The Emergency Assembly Point is located at the BBQ area. In case of an emergency, please call 000.
